COLOURS

Colours, colours aren’t they wonderful
What is the colour of love
White has always equalled surrender
Be it virgin bride or soldier
Black is the colour of madness,
Depression and death
Red is the colour of rage without reason
Blue is for melancholy, self-pitying blue.
Green, green belongs to envy
Not knowing troubles me.
